Currently, concerning our machine designs, there are three different versions. In order to cope with the current automation equipment specifications, the first-generation pressure gauge version is no longer used. The rest two models are still used on the market. The second-generation digital version and the third-generation professional version are used now. The main difference between these two versions is that the professional version can also support network connection, monitoring systems, and record the maintenance time so that there is also the inference of future maintenance schedules, as well as the management of automated facilities.

Oil and Air Separation Cleanable Filter

The first step is to separate oil and air via 4 layered stainless filter net designed with different densities so that oil, mist, and water are ejected downwards and iron chips are held. Meanwhile, air flow is pushed upwards to the rear filter tanks for repeated filtering.
The design of the pre-filter makes it easy to be cleaned. After disassembly, users can use an ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning, or they may soak it in neutral detergent for 2 to 12 hours for cleaning. We adopt stainless steel net as the material so users may apply iron brushes for cleaning. Please remember to blow this piece from inside to outside after the cleaning process is finished in order to prevent iron waste from getting into the stainless steel inner layer.

The ring-shaped Folding filtering materials are adopted in the rear filtering tank to improve the overall filtering effects, making the PM two point five discharged from the machine can reach the level of zero UG per cubic meter. Our machine can purify seventeen point sixteen cubic meters within fifteen minutes with an effective rate of ninety-eight percent. The beginning PM2.5 rate is 1988.7 u g, while after fifty minutes of a purification process, the value in the same location declines to thirty-one point five u g per cubic meter. The declination rates are high.

Based on the advantages of our box structure design, the metal turbine’s lifespan is much longer and the air blown is larger and the static pressure value is bigger. KOTON’s special structural design permits the oil and water that go through the oil and air separation system in the first front filter to be discharged smoothly via the oil discharge pipe. Many of our competitors encounter technical issues that caused oil drain difficulties and even lead to blocked reflux due to their structural design. This situation may cause motor burnout or wetted rear canister damage. KOTON’s oil mist air cleaners are much more ESG oriented since the recycled oil and water could be used again. This contributes to the environment to a great extent.
